The Puck Drops Here (Again!)
D1 hockey is back at Robert Morris University, thanks to a communal, grassroots effort to reinstate the program. As a way to express sincere gratitude toward those who advocated for the reinstatement and promote the start of the new season, RMU called on BD&E to devise a creative plan.
Our media plan evolved into a campaign consisting of several components, including :06, :15, and :30 streaming and broadcast spots (with some pretty awesome placement, like during the Steeler game!), outdoor billboard placement, and various print advertisements. Treated as an extension of the “Unstoppable” brand and campaign also developed by BD&E, it was essential for the project to center around themes of determination and perseverance.
The campaign illustrates a University deeply rooted in the Pittsburgh hockey nation and a University synonymous with great success stories.
