Puppy Rain
April showers bring Golden Retrievers, right? That’s the way I learned it, being that it’s my birthday month!
If that’s true, then Pittsburgh is going to be the Golden Retriever capital of the world. We had the wettest April in our city’s history with over seven inches of rain. Our flooding rivers made national news, totally overshadowing the hype around my 5th birthday “bash” (pun intended.)
So be on the lookout in May: With nearly four times the average rainfall, we are sure to have little Goldens popping up all over town. Oh, and cheers to me! I am looking forward to getting a few birthday greetings…
