Traditional loan processes within TriState Capital Bank needed to evolve to meet the emerging digital expectations of its customers. Nationally known as a pioneer in specialized collateralized lending and liquidity, TriState Capital had an advantage when fintech exploded in the world of banking. As a branchless entity, the bank had in place the organizational framework necessary to build a customized platform to manage its securities-backed line of credit (AccessTSC) loan accounts digitally. After months of development, a customized digital lending platform was about to launch, requiring a marketing plan and execution tactics for implementation.
BD&E helped build an integrated marketing plan to launch the new digital lending platform.
Two videos were developed to be utilized for both sales and tutorial onboarding tools.
