Traditional loan processes within TriState Capital Bank needed to evolve to meet the emerging digital expectations of its customers. Nationally known as a pioneer in specialized collateralized lending and liquidity, TriState Capital had an advantage when fintech exploded in the world of banking. As a branchless entity, the bank had in place the organizational framework necessary to build a customized platform to manage its securities-backed line of credit (AccessTSC) loan accounts digitally. After months of development, a customized digital lending platform was about to launch, requiring a marketing plan and execution tactics for implementation.

BD&E helped build an integrated marketing plan to launch the new digital lending platform. It required a multi-layered approach incorporating social, direct mail, digital, mobile and web-based communication. Our long-term relationship with the bank provided valuable insight into the needs of their primary audience composed of financial advisory firms, advisors and family offices. For these groups, time is valuable, making speed critical and real-time analytics and 24-hour access imperative. We needed to convey these factors while supporting the brand promise of TriState Capital’s exemplary personalized customer service.

One of the many components of the marketing plan was video development. Through brightly engaging video animation, BD&E produced a detailed tutorial demo for onboarding users to the digital platform. This was then edited to be used as a nimble tool for sales promotion via web, social and direct marketing.
