Just Keep Swimming

Nothing beats the summer heat more than a good dunk! One of my favorite swimming holes is Lake Arthur at Moraine State Park. Last year I was too afraid to dive in. I know it is hard to imagine now, as I have landed my diving skills. Big shout-out to my friends at the annual Golden Retriever Pool Party—they get some credit (and thanks) for encouraging me and showing me the ropes. I can’t wait for this year’s party. I might even win the diving competition!

Everyone should get outside and spend some time in nature: swim, hike, kayak or relax in a hammock! It is a great way to recharge after a long workweek. I hope your July was as good as mine! Please share your favorite spot with me—my August is wide open and I’m looking for adventure!
