In 1988, Sam Patti founded La Prima Espresso Co. envisioning a successful business selling and servicing commercial espresso machines. Fast forward 36 years and La Prima Espresso Co. is a coffee lovers’ treasure to Pittsburghers and beyond. With four espresso bars in key market locations and one major roasting facility on Pittsburgh’s North Side, La Prima has become a premier coffee roaster and retailer. You can also purchase bags of roasted La Prima coffee beans in many of the region’s largest grocery chains and retail locations and online.

With La Prima’s growth and success came the desire to enhance their marketing, and that’s where BD&E came in. In early 2024, Sam and his team approached BD&E to manage their social media and further promote their various retail products and locations.
