This month BD&E and Edinboro University are thrilled to be launching a new television commercial. “For Those Who Strive” builds upon a successful media campaign—a core component in the ongoing comprehensive brand and marketing strategy first developed by BD&E in 2018.
Since partnering with BD&E, Edinboro University has seen a significant increase in inquiries and applications, leading to an 18% increase in first-year students in Fall 2019.
Based upon the authentic ethos of passion, perseverance and grit that exists throughout every corner of the campus, “For Those Who Strive” serves as a call to individuals that embody that spirit. This messaging connects not only with prospective students but also with the campus community and alumni.

Since our first television commercial in Fall 2018, our work with Edinboro continues today, assisting them with print, digital, outdoor and social marketing strategies and implementation. In addition BD&E partnered with the University on the redesign of The Boro alumni magazine, and we are working on materials for the inauguration of their 19th president, Dr. Guiyou Huang, in March.
