But when we began working with the company, then known as Gleason & Associates, it became clear that its current brand and market positioning wasn’t working. It was drastically out of step with both the quality of the services it provides and its sterling national reputation.
It was time for a rebrand from the ground up. We started with a new name, graphic identity and color palette, presenting a more contemporary and sophisticated appearance to better align with the high level of services Gleason provides.
We also created the brandline “Value Beyond Dispute” because not only is Gleason the ultimate authority on valuation but it consistently provides significant value to its clients.
And we didn’t stop there. BD&E applied Gleason’s new brand across a multitude of platforms, including a comprehensive website redesign, new stationery package, signage and email templates.
Gleason now has a clarified mission, brand and message. Current and prospective clients now have a clear understanding of the core of who Gleason is and what it does. All critical in helping the company grow its business.
