BD&E is a nationally recognized branding and marketing firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are currently looking for a creative individual to join our expanding team. This person will be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across multiple channels. Candidates should have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but perform effectively as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. It’s an exciting time to join our team! This is an in-house position for an existing financial industry client.

Candidate must be fully proficient (skills and understanding) in relevant applications and media, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft 365 Application Suite, and all social media platforms. Prior experience working on a wide range of marketing activities, including branding, communications, advertising, email and digital marketing, and general content creation is required. WordPress experience is a plus.


  • Support management team in preparing marketing content for publication and distribution across various channels.
  • Contribute to brainstorming meetings and development of new ideas.
  • Strategize, manage, and execute print and digital marketing efforts, including website updates, digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content.
  • Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customers and evaluate their success using various metrics.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conceptualize and deliver creative content, including written, photo, and video assets to align with the brand’s voice.
  • Help organize and attend marketing activities/events to help raise and extend brand awareness.
  • Contribute to brainstorming meetings and development of new ideas.
  • Work internally to guide staff in a unified approach true to the client’s brand.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs.
  • Manage company’s digital asset management program.
  • Oversee marketing department interns.
  • Manage and meet project deadlines.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design.
  • Ability to write enticing and highly engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and process oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of or experience with financial services is a plus.
